Automating Your Workflow

How to know if something in your recruitment workflow can be automated.

Use the automation rule:

IF this → THEN, that

All automation follows this logic.

If one action happens, then another follows.

- When a note is added, email the candidate.
- When a client doesn’t have recent placements, notify the recruiter.
- When a placement field is updated, copy that info to the candidate profile.

Test your workflow against this rule.

If it doesn’t fit, it can’t be automated.

Or your process needs to change first.
