Anyone reading this who has the same struggles, here’s my advice:
1. Invest in training
2. Start small, scale gradually
3. Understand your recruitment process better
4. Reach out to experienced automation designers for help
5. Work with recruiters who get excited by automation first; they’ll bring the rest of the team along
6. Ask your colleagues, “What’s annoying you at the moment?”
7. Play, test, and iterate with dummy records
8. Make process improvement a priority, not an afterthought
