How to fine-tune the CRM automation strategy for your recruitment agency:

Do a SWOT analysis.

It might look like this:

Strengths: We’re improving time-to-hire by reactivating lapsed candidates.

Weaknesses: We don’t know how to use the full capability of our software.

Opportunities: Automated marketing directed at client prospect leads.

Threats: Recruiters resistant to change.

For each stage of analysis, aim for 3 to 5 items.

This makes complex problems more manageable.

Now you want to:

- Build on strengths
- Address weaknesses
- Seize any opportunities
- Mitigate threats

Your strategy should include clear objectives and actionable tasks.

This is how I fine-tune my automation strategy.
