Whangārei.
A two-day movement and emotional embodiment workshop for courageous creatives — reconnecting body, breath, and impulse, for authentic expression.
Thanks!
I’ll be in touch. Please share with friends.
Your body already knows how to feel. This is instrument training — two days of learning to let the body lead.
Emotion is physical, and we train it that way — building direct, reliable access to authentic expression through the body.
You won’t be asked to relive memories or mine your own life for material. We get you out of your head and into the body, stretching your emotional and expressive range so it’s there when you need it.
For actors and creatives at any level. No experience needed. This is physical, sweaty, active work, so bring gym or workout clothes. If you have an injury or physical considerations you’d like to discuss first, just get in touch.
